For Australian customers whose orders have shipped via Australia Post, you can make amendments to your order via the Australia Post app. You can download the app here, and set your delivery preferences.
New Zealand Customers
Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number, please contact our Glam Team and we will request a redirection with the courier. Please note that we cannot guarantee that this will be redirected however, the team will do everything possible to make it happen!
