This can happen due to product, data and/or system issues. We strive to ensure our inventory is frequently scrutinised, however when dealing with large quantities of products, this can occasionally happen. You will be fully refunded for any items cancelled on your order.
Please note : If you have an Endless Aisle order (store order), you will not be automatically refunded. If you have had an item cancelled, please reach out to our Glam Team so we can assist you.
