Once an order is placed, we're unable to modify the order, including the shipping address, as orders are processed immediately. As soon as you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number please follow the below:
Australian Customers
For Australian customers whose orders have shipped via Australia Post, you can make amendments to your order via the Australia Post app. You can download the app here, and set your delivery preferences.
New Zealand Customers
Once you receive your tracking details, you will be able to make amendments for your parcel on your New Zealand Post account, such as redirecting your parcel (up to 75km from the original address). You can find more information on doing this by clicking the link here.

Please note: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address has been entered, City Chic is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, City Chic will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs.
