All standard orders are usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 1–2 business days*. If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on the next business day, after which your tracking information will become active.
Standard Orders
All standard orders are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Express Shipping
Orders with Express Shipping will typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on where you are located, and will also be delivered by Australia Post.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for selected NSW and ACT suburbs. To qualify, your order must be placed before 1 pm AEST. If your postcode is eligible, the option will appear at checkout.
Delivery to Store
Deliver to Store orders will typically arrive at your selected store within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the store location.
New Zealand
Orders shipped internationally to New Zealand are typically received within 5 - 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
PO Box and Remote Areas
For PO Box Addresses or delivery to remote areas, your order may be sent with Australia Post via their eParcel service. This service is slower than our normal delivery service and will be received in 7-10 business days of the dispatch date.
*Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. City Chic does not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
