If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, you are welcome to return any items in-store or by posting them back to our Online Returns Address or using our returns portal.
To be eligible for a refund, your order will need to meet the below:
- Be within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached
- Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
If one item is returned that was part of a '2 for' or 'Spend & Save' deal, the garment will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by City Chic which was paid and not the original full price.
Final Sale Returns: Refunds & Exchanges are not available on items $20.00 & under and are labelled Final Sale.
You will be charged a returns fee when your return is processed, except in cases where an item is faulty or has been incorrectly described. For Australian customers, this returns fee will be deducted during processing. New Zealand customers are required to cover the cost of sending their return back to us. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact our Glam Team for assistance.
Please note all in-store purchases, including Endless Aisle orders, must be returned back to a physical store.
