Yes, you are welcome to return your online purchase to your local City Chic store for a refund or exchange.
To do so please ensure the below:
- Be within 30 days of the date of purchase
- Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached
- Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase
- For refunds you will need to have your original payment method with you
- Refunds & Exchanges are not available on items $20.00 & under and are labelled Final Sale
