For returns that have been posted back using our returns portal, please allow 24 hours for your refund to be processed once delivered. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
You can track your order using the tracking number on your returns label. If you notice your return has been delivered and you haven’t received your refund email confirmation within the allowed timeframe, please contact our Glam Team for further assistance.
