We are always looking at ways to improve your shopping experience with us, and we understand that you may not find the perfect fit every time. We want our returns to be as easy as possible for you!

- Two return method options: Australia Post & Parcel Point
- The cost of the return will depend on the method chosen, and this will be deducted from your refund:

How it works?
Click here to access our returns portal, or login to your account to initiate your return by clicking into your orders, and selecting the order that you would like to return.

Once you're in the portal, enter your email address and order number (ensuring that this is the same email address that was used to place your order)

Select the items you would like to return, along with the reason for your return next to each item

Enter in an email address at the bottom of the page, so that we can contact you to confirm your return information (this can be an email of choice)

Click 'Select Return Carrier'. Here you're able to choose your courier: Parcel Point or Australia Post
- If you're returning with Parcel Point, drop off locations near your delivery address will automatically display, so that you can choose one that is most convenient for you. Alternatively, you can search by a postcode

For Australia Post returns, you can find your nearest drop off points here

From there, select 'Create Return' to initiate your return and generate your returns label. Select 'Print your returns label' to open your returns label

An email will be sent to you with a copy of your returns label and further information on how to return. Print your returns label off, and cut along the dotted line

Package your unwanted garments in a the original satchel and attach the right hand side of the returns label (with the barcode) to the outside of the bag. Put the left side (the packing slip) inside your package a seal with tape
- Drop your unwanted garments off at your nearest drop-off point. Once your return has been received by us, your refund will be processed and you'll receive a confirmation via email.
