HERE'S HOW IT WORKS, AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT...
What Is Endless Aisle?
This is your opportunity to be able to easily access our online offerings when you are In-Store and in real time. With the help from our team In-Store.
Advantages Of Endless Aisle
- The team in store will be able to order the items for you and have them delivered to your home address without a shipping fee
- When you visit your local store and they don't have the item available we can order this for you right then and there.
- Our team in store can help you with fitting and styling tips to ensure that you have the 'whole look'
How It Works?
Step 1. Shop In-Store
If you are after a particular dress, top etc that might be an Online Exclusive, the team can order this for you, so you no longer have to go home and order.
Step 2. Choose Delivery Option
We are offering Free shipping to your home address for all orders. Or you can have your purchase shipped through Express for $14.99. Another service we offer is Deliver to Store (please check here if your local store offers this)
Step 3. Payment
You will pay for your order whilst In-Store and receive a receipt and an Email Confirmation.

Endless Aisle is an option that is currently available to selected City Chic stores. Please see below for the participating locations. We may expand this option to more stores or change which stores participate over time.

How Do I return My Order?
If you wish to return any item/s from your order, you can do this by visiting your local store, where our Team In-Store will be more than happy to assist you.
Please bring with you the item/s you wish to return, your Tax Invoice and the same payment method used to purchase the item/s.
Important Note: This purchase is an In-Store purchase, therefore you will not be able to return your order to our warehouse, and our Customer Experience Team are unable to process any refunds purchased through Endless Aisle. You will need to visit your local store for any Endless Aisle returns.
