At City Chic, we’re always looking for ways to enhance your shopping experience, and we’re thrilled to introduce our new 'Deliver to Store' service! You can now shop your favourite styles at the click of a button from the comfort of your home, and conveniently pick them up at your nearest City Chic store.
Here’s how it works, and what you can expect...
WHAT IS DELIVER TO STORE?
'Deliver to Store' is a convenient shopping option that allows you to order items online and collect them in-store. It’s perfect for those who want to avoid shipping fees or prefer trying on their purchases before heading home. With 'Deliver to Store', you get the best of both worlds: the ease of online shopping combined with the convenience of in-store pickup.

HOW IT WORKS?
Step 1: Browse and Shop Online
Visit our City Chic website and explore our stunning collection of plus-size fashion. From chic dresses to trendy tops, you can easily find styles that fit your unique personality.
Once you’ve selected your desired items, simply add them to your cart.
Step 2: Choose Deliver to Store
At checkout, select the 'Free Deliver to Store' option. You’ll be prompted to enter your location, and our system will show you the nearest City Chic store that offers this service.
Choose your preferred location for pickup.
Important Note: Please see our participating stores below to check if there is one near you.
Step 3: Complete Your Purchase
After selecting your store, complete your purchase as usual. You’ll receive a confirmation email that includes details about your order and pickup instructions.
Step 4: Pick Up Your Order
Once you receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup, head to your selected City Chic store. You will need your confirmation email with your Order Number and collection email including your four digit PIN code.
Our friendly staff will have your items ready for you, making your experience seamless and quick.
Step 5: Try It On!
We encourage you to try on your new pieces in-store. If something doesn’t fit quite right or you change your mind, our staff will assist you with in-store exchanges or returns, ensuring you leave with items you absolutely love.

The 'Deliver to Store' option is currently available to selected City Chic stores. Please see below for the participating locations. We may expand this option to more stores or change which stores participate over time.

Important Note: The ‘Deliver to Store’ option will only be available at checkout if your billing address is within 25km of a store participating in the ‘Deliver to Store’ program.
