If your order isn't quite right, you're welcome to return the unsuitable items to your closest City Chic store, or post the items back to our New Zealand returns address.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, as long as your return meets our requirements. To view our full returns policy please click here.
- Package your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging. Including your returns slip received in your parcel when returning your items so we can correctly identify your order.

New Zealand- Allow 5-7 business days from the date your return has been delivered for your refund to be processed to your original payment account.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Refunds & Exchanges are not available on items $35.00 & under and are labelled Final Sale. We encourage you to keep a copy of your return tracking information.
